About this role
We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer to lead our React and Node.js development efforts. You'll architect solutions, write clean code, and mentor junior developers while working on diverse client projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using React and Next.js
- Build robust backend services with Node.js and TypeScript
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure code quality and testability
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Knowledge of testing best practices and TDD
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
