Lead our test automation initiatives and mentor junior QA engineers. You'll design automation strategies, implement frameworks, and ensure the highest quality standards across all our projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for client projects
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers to improve testability
- Report on testing metrics and quality trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ in automation
- Strong experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- ISTQB certification is a plus
